Lets talk about real learning… • Continual, or lifelong learning can be defined as: "all learning activity undertaken throughout life, with the aim of improving knowledge, skills and competences within a personal, civic, social and/or employment-related perspective". • However, in today’s workplace technical training is often considered to be an ad-hoc activity, undertaken at the point of need and without clear pathways.
