Rejuvenation / Decline <ul><li>Attractiveness continues to decline. </li></ul><ul><li>Visitors are lost to other resorts and destinations. </li></ul><ul><li>Resort becomes dependent on day visitors and weekend recreationalists from a limited geographical area. </li></ul><ul><li>Long term decline will continue unless action is taken to rejuvenate the area and modernise. </li></ul>
