Sensewalk is an exercise where one person is blindfolded while their partner guides them. The blindfolded person feels uncomfortable and clutches their partner due to expecting obstacles. Their senses are heightened, as they are overly sensitive to sounds and smells. They can still see light but flinch at changes. This creates a sixth sense of anticipating obstacles. The blindfolded person feels fear, a lack of trust in their partner, and that the guide has more power over them.
