2. Question 1 –
The purpose of the question was
to open my ideas to what my
audience enjoy most on social
media, this will help me when
making my magazine as I will
gain a wider knowledge of
where to advertise my magazine
through. I can see that my
audience avoid facebook at all
costs and loves twitter.
3. Question 2
In this question I wanted to analyse
how frequent the audience are when
listening to music, if I was to come
back with data that they ‘never’
listened to music I would ensure I
didn’t bring out my magazine weekly
as it would represent they wouldn’t
buy it. However, the results
demonstrated that 90% of the
respondents listen to music always.
4. Question 3 –
This question demonstrates
how up to date the respondents
are, 70% of the respondents
always keep up to date with
their favourite artists which
suggests to me that if I fill my
magazine will information about
my target audience favourite
stars that the majority of them
will interact with the magazine
and enjoy following them up.
5. Question 4Before designing this magazine I
presumed that my audience
would want their magazines to
be published weekly however
after receiving this data my mind
has changed. 60% of the
respondents believe a magazine
being published monthly is a
better form of distribution. This
question has helped my market
research very well as I have
changed my view set on when
I'm going to distribute my
magazine.
6. Question 5 –
This question was for me to
get a wider knowledge of
what my audience uses to
get music (whether they are
print/online) my results show
that all 100% of the
respondents gets their music
through the
internet, downloading from
the computer seems to be
the most popular.
7. Question 6This question was to help me
gain knowledge of what
competition to use for my
magazine, I was thinking to
offer tickets to concerts and
festivals and my feedback
presents this would be a good
investment for my magazine as
80% of people go to festivals
and concerts.
8. Question 7 –
I wanted to know whether my
audience preferred magazines
online/print the feedback I got
back was that they like
both, this is the information I
hoped to get back as I wanted
to make my magazine online
and print as it gives a wider
variety of information for the
magazine and draws in more
readers.
9. Question 8 –
This question I designed was
to help decide how much to
sell my magazine for, I
wanted to know how much
teenagers are willing to pay
for a magazine, the results
showed people are mostly
willing to pay £2.00-2.99
which I believe is a good
reasonable pricing, I am
happy with the results of this.
10. Question 9 –
I wanted to understand why
people like interactivity in their
magazines, all 10 respondents
replied back saying they want
their magazine to be
interactive, the repliers said
that it makes them feel apart of
the magazine, and helps the
reader feel in contact with the
magazine.
11. Question 10 –
All people gave back a
different variety of
questions, this is sucsessful
because I have a wide
choice of articles to include
within my magazine now.
