  5. 5. Southsea Castle <ul><li>The castle was built in 1544, on the orders of King Henry VII. It was built to protect Portsmouth’s coast from invaders. </li></ul>
  6. 6. HISTORIC DOCKYARD <ul><li>Portsmouth is the home to many historical ships such as HMS Warrior and HMS Victory. The remains of the sunken Mary Rose are also here. </li></ul>

Bananas imported to the UK by Dole, Fyffes, Geest and other Jamaican Producers are landed at Portsmouth, this means that 65% of bananas eaten in Britain now pass through the Port! </li></ul>
