  8. 8. 5 Benefits focus in Project Reviews • Whether ad-hoc Remember to or a Gate Review think about the project’s – Scope relates to benefits the end benefits? – People focused on right tasks? – Is a Benefits Plan in place yet?
  9. 9. 6 Review the Benefits Plan on Close Benefits Strategy Map • Has the project – kept to its original Business intentions? Case Benefits • Is the entity – now ready to achieve and track the benefits?
  10. 10. 7 Deliver the Benefits • Survey key people (Champions, Owners etc) on Benefits • Track Value for Money + Status at agreed timeframes (e.g. quarterly) • Do the actual benefits justify the actual cost? • Are arrangements for capturing new/emerging benefits in place?
