Movie also taught us how to work outbest from the worst situation. We have our chance till the lastmoment, so never to lose hope till the last moment. It&apos;s a story about honesty, determination, perseverance, sincerity integrity, and human spirit to fight and win.A story to remind the nation of its National sport<br />
    4. 4. Kabir Khan- Once the hero of Indian Hockey, the best ‘centre forward’ in the world, the man a nation found a hero in. And the man it sentenced to hell. Now he has decided to make a last comeback to the game he once loved, to reclaim his lost honor and prove his point to the nation he still loves.<br />
    5. 5. Kabir Khan knows what it&apos;s like to come back from the dead. The ex Indian Captain has now come back as the Coachof the Indian Women&apos;s National Hockey team. A team that exists more on paper and less in reality.<br />

But this will not guarantee a winning performance. Ex- Komal/preeti, <br />NORMING – Informal leaders emerge who influence others to follow a particular code of conduct which may conflict with the the code defined by leader EX- Bindia Naik<br />

Extrinsic<br />Coach telling Preeti and Komal about how they can make or ruin the match, as he was trying to explain to play the match in the team instead of thinking individually.<br />The crucial 70 minutes just before the final match motivated and helped them to get the best out of them and created a “do – or – die” situation.<br />70 minute,<br />70 minute hai tumhare paas<br />

    15. 15. Conflict Management<br />The Coach Changed the sleeping position of the girls to resolve conflict and encouraged team spirit. He also passed a rule that no staying with same state girl.<br />Komal Chautala ,the ace centre forward of Haryana state got punished for entering into an argument with Preeti and punished for a week with 5 similar offenders.<br /> In the same way Balbir Kaur, Aliya Bose, Bindia Nayak and the one more girl from Darjeeling got punished for misbehaving.<br />At the end Komal & Preeti Resolve their conflict and the team had won the final match against Australia<br />
