By early afternoon youll be moving away from the Red RiverDelta to Nghia Lo. As you climb over the mountain pass to Mu Cang Chai youll meetHmong, La Ha and Dzao along the way. Down to the valley, youll arrive in the town ofThan Uyen where youll spend the night in hotel.Day 3: Than Uyen - Sapa – Ta Van (B,L,D)After breakfast, head to Sapa. along the baseof the Hoang Lien Son Mountain Range,home to Mt. Fansipan, Vietnam’s highestpeak. At Binh Lu junction youll pick up themain road and start your climb up the highestmountain pass in Vietnam at 1900 Meters,then glide down into the town of Sapa. Enjoylunch and relax before a quite hard 3 hr shorttrek down to Ta Van village. Overnight withhomestay. Our guide will cook a savorydinner of traditional Vietnamese food. Yousurely like the hospitality of your Dzay hosts.Day 4: Ta Van – Sapa – Cat Cat – Sin Chai (B,L,D)Prepare carefully before the last trek. Take a rest at Cat Cat village before you trekdownhill to get Sin Chai village. You will have free time to discover by yourself in theafternoon. Overnight in Sapa.Day 5 : Saturday Sapa – Can Cau – Bac Ha (B,L,D)Depart for Can Cau early in the morning. Opening only on Saturdays, it always delivers avery photogenic display of Flower Hmong, Black Zao, Phu La ethnic costumes. Afterspending the whole morning exploring the market, you will leave the market for Bac Hatown for lunch.In the afternoon, you will take a walk to Ban Pho village of Nung and Flower Hmong,which is located in a small valley. The adventure begins as soon as we leave town and enter aland of colorful mountain hilltribes and seemingly impossible landscapes. You will stopin Quan Ba District. Then process passing Sky gate where you can visit sky, Fairy highmountain, hand weaving village. Break in Yen Minh town. Continues to Meo Vac town,visit Nho Que River with Ma Pileng point. Arrive in Dong Van District. Overnight inhotel.Day 8: Dong Van - Lung Cu - Sa Phin - Ha Giang (B,L,D)Breakfast outside of hotel. Departure for Lo Lo minority village, trekking to Flag toweron the top of Lung Cu mountain about 1km, view ancient valley from the top. After thatwe go to Sa Phin village to visit former Meo King palace. If we come here on Sunday, wehave chance to visit local market, it is still remain traditional life of high minority in HaGiang. Overnight in hotel in Ha Giang.Day 9: Ha Giang – Hanoi (B,L)Have breakfast in the hotel and get ready for our coming back. We will have lunch atTuyen Quang and then back to Hanoi. You finish the tour in late afternoon.Trip Notes:Transport: You spend 50% the time on car in this trip, so make sure that you get used tositting long on car and attitude changing very often.
