Step 2: Create a new memory of the goal See what you would see, hear what you would hear and feel what you would feel when you have achieved the goal (Associated) Does this feel right for you? If not make the necessary changes to the goal, till you feel its right
Step 3: Check for ecologyMake memories with your loved ones after youachieved your goal, if needed please feel free tochanges the goal
