Published on

A recent Volunteer Satisfaction Index presentation for a client. This webinar was created for and presented to the board of a nonprofit organization seeking to enhance their existing volunteer program. The VSI is a rare and valuable resource for volunteer organizations. By viewing the messaging of programmatic elements through the VSI lens, every aspect of the intake process can set the stage for a satisfying experience. A review of this client's application and orientation paperwork was also conducted.
