Discover the benefits of music instruction.  Music has a calming effect.  Children score better on standardized tests  Music students have better reading skills.  Music helps a child develop better math skills.  Children who study music learn not to accept mediocrity. Method of Practice Students learn easy, well-known songs which help them to learn rhythm and play quickly. Regular practice is encouraged for best results. Piano or keyboard at home is essential for learning how to play the piano. Recitals held after seven or more lessons. Children are not encouraged to participate in a recital unless playing proficiently. It builds confidence and gives the child self-esteem.
