The purpose is for the principal as to carry out an investigation and take action. Thus, the report is addressed to the school principal.

  4. 4. STEP 1: THE FIRST PART IS AS FOLLOWS (JUST SUGGESTION, NO HARM TO FOLLOW):TO: __________________FROM: ________________SUBJECT: ______________DATE: ________________
  5. 5. STEP 2: ADDRESS THE RECEIVER, WRITE DOWN THE NAME OF PRINCIPAL AND THE SCHOOL AS WELL.
  6. 6. STEP 3: NEXT LINE, WRITE DOWN THE NAME OF THE SENDER
  7. 7. STEP 4: NEXT TWO LINES, THE SUBJECT AND DATE OF THE REPORT.
  8. 8. STEP 5: WRITE YOUR REPORT IN SECTIONS OR PARAGRAPHS.
  9. 9. STEP 6: IT IS MOSTLY WRITTEN IN PAST TENSE. DO REMEMBER THAT, YOU ARE REPORTING.
