One is always available, and the number is kept to a minimum Green Belt Very little memory, plus paper that is part of a set of pads or other systems. There is little consolidation. Orange Belt Uses memory, plus specific paper and a handful of Inboxes / Voice mailboxes Yellow Belt Relies on memory, random bits of paper and up to many Inboxes / Voice mailboxes Novice / White Belt
