SVČ Déčko Náchod

Who are we?
SVČ Déčko Náchod is a leisure time center located
in Náchod, Eastern Bohemia, Czech Republic.
We have a rich experience in hosting volunteers and organizing
international projects in the frame of Erasmus+ and European Solidarity
Corps. This year we coordinate 7 volunteers in 5 organizations
but we are open to accepting up to 15 volunteers annually.
Our volunteers are involved in different organizations - leisure time
centers, schools, or kindergartens in the region of Náchod.

What do we
offer
1) LEISURE TIME CENTERS
NÁCHOD, HRONOV
Direct pedagogical work in areas
such as:
-craft and arts; dance activities; sport
activities; mini zoo; mothercare center;
language classes (English, German,Polish,
French, Spanish...)

2) VOLUNTEERING IN LOCAL SCHOOLS
NÁCHOD, ČESKÁ SKALICE
assisting the leading pedagogue
direct work with children
in the afterschool club

3) VOLUNTEERING IN MONTESSORISTYLE SCHOOL
AND KINDERGARTEN
NÁCHOD, VÁCLAVICE
direct work with children aged 3 - 15
insight into Montessori education
helping to keep classrooms
safe and clean

Except that, you will:
-help on summer camps
-help with taking care of social media
and PR of your project
-have a chance to create your own
mini-project
-attend regular Czech language course
-partake in on-arrival and mid-term
trainings with other
international volunteers
-travel in your free time
-spend time in an international
environment with young people
from the whole Europe
ACTIVITIES

Practical
information
• the project is fully funded by the EU
within European Solidarity Corps
• you will live in a shared flat together with other
volunteer (flat is for 2 people in total),
the flat is fully equipped, has wifi
• you will receive pocket money to cover expenses
for your own food and personal things
(cca 280 EUR per month),
we will help you to open Czech bank account
to receive money in CZK
• travel ticket to the Czech Republic and back
home is reimbursed upon volunteer´s arrival
• traveling for working purposes is reimbursed
• insurance is covered by the CIGNA company
for the full length of the project
• volunteers should work approx. 6 hours per day
(30-35 hours per week in total)
• for each month in the project you receive
2 days off, for weekend work you receive
additional days off
