Clear step-by-step guides to doing useful things (as part of a personal development process) • 2. Links to resources that match that need BUT provided as compelling stories

Also big problems with lack of work TIME to get things done • Work overload! Not enough Guidance! Not enough TIME • A really range of skills, some outside OOS project scope! • Really wide range of learning examples, but NOT education. More from informal learning interests and experience! • Diverse set of learning needs (& interests) • People interested in all aspects of the OOS project

With an open shape that can receive input & changes • A tool that is accessible to all kind of people (blind, deaf, gender equality etc) • A tool for the long term that could last in time, technically dependent on a project care holder
