Since 1999, I have been working as Telecommunication Engineer at EMBRATEL, a leading telecommunication service provider company. I'm responsible for designing the business and operational process for new products and new technologies. My principal duties are: (a) business processes mapping, (b) requirements engineering for IT systems, (c) key-process indicators management, (d) request for proposals for special projects evaluation. I'm certified in Lean-Six sigma, ETOM, ITIL, BPMN and COBIT (IT Governance).
