Overview
Despite the fact that women represent roughly half of all online users, there are few women involved in the actual creation of these digital experiences. While the lack of female designers has received increased scrutiny over the years, there has been far less discussion about why it is important to include women in the decision-making process and the benefits of having more inclusive design teams.

Miami Ad School Toronto sits down to explore why it is crucial to have female representation on design teams and the distinct perspective that female designer bring to the table. From empathic decision making to team productivity, our panelists will discuss the acute need for more women in design and the steps that need to be taken in order to reach gender parity in the field.

Objective
To educate attendees on the benefits of having more diverse design teams and some of the steps that can be taken to make the UX field more inclusive.
