  1. 1. Recruiting part
  2. 2.  Volunteer recruitment is an integral process based on the organization's need, search, location and selection of appropriate volunteer (according to the degree of training, experience and expectations) to be in proper activity (as assumed objectives of the organization).  Recruiting volunteers is based on a plan through a process to ensure the accessibility, transparency, availability. It is important to know what the volunteer will made in the voluntary course.
  3. 3.  Is a professional organization that develops management, administration and control activities of nurses practicing in accordance with the Statute of the Organization and the existing legislative framework.  Develop cooperation activities with state and private health units, certified professional trainers and educational units who provide Continuous Medical Education.
  4. 4.  Has in progress partnerships with health and medical-social units such as: ◦ Emergency Hospital of Craiova ◦ Public Service of Medical and Social Assistance ◦ General Direction of Social Assistance and Child Protection of Dolj ◦ St. Mary Complex
  5. 5.  The Recruitment of volunteers in the OAMGMAMR Dolj consists of: 1. Organizing events in partnership EX: OAMGMAMR Dolj organizes symposiums, roundtables, workshops and conferences such as: - European week of uterine cervix cancer prevention 23-29.01.2012 - World day of fight against cancer 04.02.2012 - World Down Syndrome Day 21.03.2012 At these events is also presented the need to involve volunteers in the sanitary and medical-social units.
  6. 6. 2. Promotion among Medical Assistants from Dolj County the need for volunteer in medical social units through training courses that they develop.
  7. 7. 3. Carrying out a mini interview with the volunteer, signing the request for admission voluntary placement and directing to health care and medical-social units partner.
  8. 8.  To note is that OAMGMAMR Dolj represents only a part of the number of volunteers that develop activities in social medical care units and the other part of these volunteers go directly to these units because of the information media (Press, TV, Internet etc.).
