Foredraget vil gi et innblikk i TicketCo sin strategiske reise og hvordan vi mener TicketCo skal lykkes internasjonalt. Tore vil gi et innblikk i hva strategi betyr for ansatte, investorer, gründere, styre og ledelse samt den ekstreme effekten det har å ta strategi fra teori til handling.

Tore har vært jobbet som partner i PwC i mange år og ledet tjenesteområdet strategi og forretningsutvikling. Han har jobbet for store bedrifter nasjonalt og internasjonalt. Tore er nå en del av Tripod og jobber med å utvikle flere spennende selskaper gjennom aktivt eierskap og bistand. Han er styreleder i TicketCo og støtter selskapet med å sette strategisk retning samt bistå TicketCo i utrulling i nye markeder, nå i UK.
