  3. 3. I love my job but i don’t want it to occupy and control my life, schedule, day, etc. If it is the same for you, here are some tips that could be useful.
  4. 4. Please note: i said tips, not laws. I just put down what works for me. Hope it works for you too.
  5. 5. GET FOCUSED
  6. 6. GET FOCUSED USE 15 MIN. SHORT CONCENTRATION BREAKS, IN WHICH YOU FOCUS EXLUSIVELY ON A DETERMINATE TASK. NO PHONE. NO MAIL. NO FACEBOOK. DEFINE GOAL, TIME NEEDED FOR TASK, PRIORITY LIST. START FROM MOST DIFFICULT TASK.

  8. 8. PLAN ALWAYS PLAN.LONG TERM FIRST, THEN MEDIUM AND SHORT TERM TOO. ALSO BREAKS MUST BE PLANNED! WITHOUT PLANNING YOU DON’T GET ANYWHERE.

  10. 10. PLAN AGAINIF THE SCENARIO CHANGES, IT IS THE FIRST THING TO DO. ONLY STUPIDS DON’T DO IT.

  12. 12. CONTROL IF YOU LEAD A TEAM, YOU MUST DELEGATE. IF YOU DELEGATE, YOU MUST CONTROL.IF YOU CONTROL, YOU TEACH AND LEARN AT THE SAME TIME. DON’T SKIP ANY PASSAGE.

  14. 14. CONTROL AGAIN CHECK AGAIN TAKES LESS THAN DO AGAIN. AND IS MORE REWARDED.

  16. 16. CHOOSE YOU ARE LIMITED. AND SO IS YOUR TIME. AND YOUR RESOURCES.AND WE DON’T WANT YOU TO USE ALL OF YOUR TIME AND RESOURCES. SO CHOOSE. BUT FIRST >

  18. 18. EVALUATEBEFORE UNDERTAKING A NEW JOB, OR A NEW TASK, ALWAYS CONSIDER PRO & CONS, SWOT, ETC. IF IT DOESN’T MAKE SENSE AND THERE’S NO COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE, THEN FORGET IT.SHOULD IT MAKE SENSE, CHECK OUT IN THE MARKET IF YOU’RE NOT COMING OUT WITH A CLONE OF ANOTHER BOOMING IDEA.

  20. 20. ORGANIZE & OPTIMIZE ORGANIZE YOUR DAY AND WEEK. INSERT IN YOUR PLANNING FREE TIME TO ENJOY, CONCENTRATE, READ, TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF, FEEL, LIVE. CHECK AT THE END OF THE DAY/WEEK YOUR SCHEDULE.REPLAN FOR THE NEXT DAY/WEEK WHAT YOU DIDN’T ACHIEVE TODAY AS TASK NR. 1

  22. 22. LEARN IF YOU GOT TO THIS POINT, IT’S GOOD.IT MEANS THAT YOU ARE NEVER TOO TIRED TO LEARN AND YOU DID NOT LOSE YOUR CURIOSITY FOR LEARNING AND LOOKING FOR SOMETHING NEW. KEEP ON.

  24. 24. THERE’S NO MOUNTAIN HIGH ENOUGH IT’S MY MOTTO. I PUT IT ON MY BUSINESS CARD TOO. NEVER UNDERESTIMATE YOUR TALENT. IF YOU DON’T GIVE IT A TRY, YOU WILL NEVER KNOW IF YOU CAN DO IT. MAKE IT YOUR OWN MOTTO (DON’T NEED TO PUT IT ON YOUR BUSINESS CARD TOO ;-)

  26. 26. HAVE FUN DEDICATE A PART OF YOUR JOB TIME TO HAVE FUN. HAVING FUN IS AN IMPORTANT PART OF LIFE, FOR YOU, YOUR TEAM, YOUR CUSTOMERS AND – YES! – ALSO FOR YOUR COMPETITORS.YOU DON’T WANT ANY OF THEM THINKING ABOUT YOU AS THE GREY, BORING, TEDIOUS GUY, DO YOU?
