I started my professional career as a SAP HR consultant on the first R/3 SAP HR project in Belgium, in the petrochemical sector. Over the years, I gained solid knowledge in the "hard" HR domain (Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management & Payroll), both functional as SAP technical. I have been involved in multiple in-house payroll projects where I had the final responsibility for the set-up & delivery of SAP Time Management. Next to the SAP HR roles I have also taken up other project roles as Project Manager, Test Manager, Change & Release Manager. At NorthgateArinso, next to the project work, I had the role of Business Unit Manager, where I was responsible for a team of 12 Senior SAP HR consultants (first contact for day to day operations, responsible for appraisals, staffing, bonus, retention). My strongest points are my analytical skills: fully understanding the HR Business, and challenging their business requirements is my main focus. Listen well to your customer and try to fully understand him. Deep knowledge of social legislation is an asset. Delivering solid and sustainable (SAP) HR solutions is my goal. Work experiences Apr 2015 – (current) BASF Antwerp SAP HR Expert Consultant  At BASF I am working on different Change Requests / projects: o Change Request for BASF Business Services (IT department of BASF): new Collective Labour Agreement o Change Request for the New Logistic Organisation: new Collective Labour Agreement (new work regime and new system of transport allowances) o Flexible Scheduling: HR Business consulting: part of the pilot project where the Shift workers will be given the opportunity for self-scheduling. Feasibility study, discussing pro's and cons of different approaches. Jan 2013 – Aug 2014 Delhaize SAP HR Expert Consultant  As SAP HR Expert Consultant I was responsible for the detailed analysis and for the delivery of the Business Blueprint for all Time Management functionalities at Delhaize. Delhaize is known for its complex environment with multiple collective labour agreements (separate rules & regulations for Headquarters, Supermarkets / Shops and Warehouses). The analysis phase was done via conducting intensive & detailed AS-IS and TO-BE workshops with the Delhaize stakeholders. Responsible for the realization / build for the Warehouse and HQ population. Nov 2012 – Dec 2012 Securex SAP HR Expert Consultant  Supporting the Securex Track lead Time with the Go Live of Release 3.0: write designs for new time functionalities and/or enhancements such as Fast Entry for Quota Administration, Retro/Future checks, etc. Apr 2012 – Oct 2012 BNP Paribas Fortis HR PA-OM Generalist Authorizations  My role at BNP Paribas Fortis existed in reviewing the set-up of the SAP PA and OM modules (SAP HR live since 2000). Advice should be given where re-engineering work needs to be done. The focus is within the OM structure and within PA. An analysis needs to be made to check whether the implementation of Structural Authorizations, Contextual Authorizations or General Authorizations can best meet the actual HR Business requirements. This project needs to be seen in the context of implementing SAP Enterprise Compensation Management. Project phases: analysis - realization - testing - Go Live. Mar 2010 – Mar 2012 BASF Antwerp SAP HR Expert Consultant Domain Lead SAP Time  BASF Belgium has a stand-alone SAP HR system + interface to a Belgian social bureau. In this European PACE Project the Belgian solution needs to be migrated to the European SAP platform with a payroll solution that will be operated and maintained by the BASF European Shared Service Centre, located in Berlin. Domain Lead SAP PT (Time Management): responsible for the PT stream: blue-printing, realization, testing and migration. First Point of Contact between Local HR and Global Governance (Germany). Supporting and coaching two junior / medior SAP PT consultants.

CV Filip Van Nevel 21/06/2015 Dec 2008 – Feb 2010 NMBS (Belgian Railways) SAP Expert Consultant Project Manager  At NMBS I took the role of Project Manager / Business Process Analyst for the project “Activity registration on the work floor”. The Belgian Railways want to capture times from the employees worked on production orders (SAP PP and SAP PS). I was responsible for the analysis of the current business processes; responsible for the RFP document for procuring the necessary hardware (barcode scanners) and software (time registration software); responsible for the planning, for the status reporting, and for the delivery of the project. Solution Architect: responsible for alignment and integration with other SAP modules as SAP CO and SAP HR. Jun 2007 – Nov 2008 FORTIS Bank SAP HR Expert Consultant Global Solution Architect  Responsible for the definition of the FORTIS ATLAS Global Template. Safeguarding ARINSO's euHReka compliancy of the FORTIS ATLAS Global Template. Solution Architect: as a SAP HR Expert consultant I act as a soundboard for the local SAP HR Consultants. I control if the local country implementations follow both the FORTIS Global Template rules and the euHReka conventions. Solution Architect: responsible for system landscape + change & transport management procedures. Oct 2005 – May 2007 Philips Eindhoven SAP HR Expert Consultant Change & Release Manager  Business Process Analyst: as a member of the HR Competence Centre responsible for adaptive and corrective changes for the live sites and for the roll-outs and implementations in new countries within the HRIS Program.  Change and Release Manager: responsible for the Release Management Concept. Quality Assurance role: all changes to the production system need approval of the Change Manager; responsible for the test scripts of the regression tests. Solution Architect: as a SAP HR Expert consultant I act as a soundboard for the other SAP HR Consultants and their respective Team Leads; I act as the counterpart of the Corporate HR Business Solution Architect.  Philips has given me the opportunity to get thePRINCE2 Foundation Certification. Jul 2005 – Sep 2005 Syngenta Basel SAP HR Expert Consultant  Syngenta is doing a Global HR Project with Organizational Management and Personnel Administration in scope of the first phase. Responsible for safeguarding the Global Template. Responsible for the country-specific infotypes, screens and personnel events, while compliancy with Global Template remains respected.

Pre-study third party cash register systems (canteen and the BASF employees shop) and connection with SAP HR. Analysis of the new functionalities. Customization of the calculation rules and the time evaluation scheme. Writing test scenarios and supporting the key user with the tests. Compare feasibility propositions different suppliers and provide recommendations. ATOFINA wants to automate its time management for the flextime employees. The clocking systems need to be linked to SAP Time Management. ATOFINA wants to replace the customer specific developed application TMUI (Time Management User Interface) by the standard SAP Time Managers Workplace solution. ATOFINA wants to re- engineer the process of the overtime. Responsible for the Proposal document and for the workload estimations. Jun 2004 – Jul 2004 Carsid Senior SAP HR Consultant  Presales (RFP) and demo preparation. Same scope as for the Makro presales project. The complexity of this project is bigger because of the different collective labour agreements, rules and regulations that are applicable. Responsible for the Proposal document and the estimations of the workload. Jun 2004 – Jul 2004 Makro Senior SAP HR Consultant  Presales (RFP) and demo preparation. Makro wants to replace its in-house mainframe payroll application by a SAP HR solution. Within the scope of the RFP are the HR modules Personnel Administration, Time Management and Payroll. Responsible for the Proposal document, for the estimations of the workload. Explaining the pro’s and cons of working with a third party payroll provider or of doing the gross net payroll calculation in-house. Jan 2004 – Feb 2004 PWC Senior SAP HR Consultant  Upgrade Time Management and Payroll according DMFA requirements. Re-engineering RPTGENB0 (sickness and work accident program). Re-engineering the time evaluation scheme.

Jan 2003 – Sep 2003 Volkswagen Senior SAP HR Consultant  Replacement of Volkswagens CAPRI time application into SAP HR Time Management. Adapting the SAP payroll scheme accordingly. Jun 2000 – Jan 2001 Borealis Stenungsund Senior SAP HR Consultant  After the implementation of the modules Organizational Management and Master Data, the Time Recording & Time Evaluation module had to be set-up for the Stenungsund plant of Borealis (Sweden). The results of the Time Evaluation are interfaced to the external system "Svensklön". Responsible for the analysis of Time Management and Gross Payroll. Customizing Time Recording & Evaluation. Supporting the development team with regards to the interface with the external payroll provider.

The project contained Organizational Management, Master Data, Time, Gross/Net calculation. Responsible for the analysis of Time Management and Gross Payroll. Customizing Time Recording & Evaluation (both negative and positive time evaluation). Testing and support of the upgrade from release 4.0B to release 4.5B and afterwards to 4.6C. Coaching and guiding junior consultants. Apr 1997 – Sep 1998 Agfa Gevaert SAP HR Consultant  Organizational Management, Master Data, Time and Gross Pay has been set-up. The Gross Pay results are interfaced to the mainframe application where the net calculation is done. Later, in a second phase, the mainframe application has been replaced by SAP Net Payroll. Responsible for the functional and technical analysis of the time registration and time evaluation. Customizing Time Recording & Evaluation. Responsible for the set-up of the integration with the time clocking systems (GET). Coaching of the development team for the development of non-standard reports and extension of the functionality in Time Management (a.o. absences). Sep 1995 – Mar 1997 Vlaamse Uitgeversmaatschappij HR Application Expert (internal, non SAP)  At Vlaamse Uitgeversmaatschappij I was responsible for the further set-up and for the operational maintenance of the HRIS system PERMIS. Being part of the IT department I was detached to HR where I supported the HR key users with the PERMIS application. Dec 1994 – Aug 1995 Callebaut SAP HR Consultant  Replacement of the old HR system by the SAP HR module. Scope: Organizational Management, Master Data, Time and Gross Pay. Responsible for the uploads of the organogram and of the Master Data Responsible for the customization of time recording and time evaluation and for the customization of the gross payroll. Apr 1994 – Nov 1994 Petrofina SAP HR Consultant  Replacement of the old HR system by the SAP HR module. Scope: Organizational Management, Master Data, Time and Gross Pay. Responsible for gathering all the data needed for the uploads of the organogram. Responsible for the uploads of the Master Data of seven international branches.
