It is certain that at least once in your lifetime you will have to defend yourself. Many people have this idea that self defense involves complex fighting techniques, but it is not so. Defending yourself from any assault can be as simple as running away. Maintaining presence of mind in a difficult situation is very important as it can be the key to your defensive approach. Learning self defense at home is a great way to start off before you go on for advanced courses in self defense. Simple Self Defense at Home Before you think about taking down an assailant, you will need to have some form of action plan. In situations like this, there is hardly time for you to think things through so be mindful of some of the points that will be mentioned below to increase your chances of defending yourself.
