Resistance band exercises are an important addition during rehab. Here’s all you need to know about how resistance bands can help you during your stay at rehab
3. Exercise produces endorphins in our body which in turn lead to a
feeling of happiness and positivity. Staying positive whilst in rehab
is the key to successfully completing a rehabilitation program.
4. Once you get out of
rehab, it would be a
pleasant surprise for
your friends and
family members if you
come out looking your
best. Resistance
band exercises can
help you achieve that
5. Bearing in mind that all
rehabilitation centers do not
have their own gyms and you
can’t check out whenever you
want to visit a gym. Resistance
bands are handy tools to carry
with you and regularly
exercising using them can be
just as fruitful as your time at a
gym
6. Bearing in mind that at rehab you could be completely cut off
from the outside world in terms of communication via phone
or mobile. Exercising can be a useful outlet for frustration
7.
8. This exercise routine is
called the move with
bicep curl. Hold the
center of the band under
the instep of your left
foot and position your
right foot two feet
behind.
9. Using an underhand
grip, hold the handles
of the band and do a
biceps curl even whilst
you bend your knees
forward in to a lunge
position. Repeat 20
times. Switch legs and
repeat.
