6. Simple CRM integration Level Two If you have matched your CRM dataset ours you can regularly import our data into your CRM. This information can enrich your existing knowledge and include “value adding information” such as: their financial strength, corporate family, recent news, any M&A rumours and financial trends Level Three Use the BvDEP Web Service to populate fields within your CRM system as a record is retrieved/requested. This means users never see out of date data and you are not storing data internally. 7. Searching by name outside a BvDEP product Sometimes companies want to offer their employees the simplest company name searches with no distracting menu options or advanced criteria. It’s simple to create a search box that can be used to search for a report on your choice of BvDEP’s products. This is an ideal application for corporate intranets – and it doesn’t require training or promoting. 8. Bespoke analysis Our products have integrated analysis software. You can also have customised analysis and templates created specifically for your needs. Our Add in facility means you can create templates in Microsoft Excel, Access and Powerpoint (available end of ‘09). These templates access live data from our products.
