1. 1. S M O K I N G
 2. 2. Why do people start to smoke ?

In fact, the majority of smokers took up the habit in their early or mid teens. At such a young age, you don't really think about the health risks of smoking and you certainly do not realize how addictive smoking can be. As a teenager you probably think that you can try smoking a few times. And a few times you get stressed out.

 3. 3. Why are young ages addicted to smoking?

The number of reasons that many young people start smoking is regardless of the smoking effects on their health is peer pressure. They respect or wish to emulate gives them a chance to start smoking, and tells them they will be fine. The kids do not want to appear to be "un-cool" and so they start smoking.

 4. 4. Long time smoking effects

Well smoking ruins your body as you could get

Major cancer like :

Hair

Lips

Tongue

And also other cancers.

Smoking is ….. as well as yours. You can also get asthma. And you can get head rush when you first start to smoke.

 5. 5. My Conclusion

Maybe people and adolescents have a smoke or a puff now and then but at the end of the day they now realize that what they are smoking is a waste of their time. So I say it’s not worth smoking because all you do is waste your breath and life.
