News is when man bites dog – not the other way round. Your conversations need to be social at the heart. Netflix is good, but tell me the top 10 series to watch during lockdown. When are they online? Working from home means a lot of people will have plenty of time to spare – but that doesn’t mean they are idle. Why was Super Mario trending in the morning? How do we talk to them? Goldfish memory comes into play here – are you complex in your communications? People are consuming more and more videos (Look at how Njugush is doing it ☺) Where can they be found? Which platform(s) does this consumer spend their time on? They are looking for a skipping rope right now, which Instagram shopping page do they trust?
