concepts, such as jump-scares and a persistent enemy.
With its growing popularity, the Resident Evil Series
spawned a whole host of spinoffs.
Though these spinoffs did not hurt production, they did not sell as
well as the original game.
Over the past several years, Murakami has been making
a myriad of games, however Resident Evil has been one
of the most successful.
