  3. 3. THE PROJECT Fazenda Zapico consists of two related phases that interact with each other. PHASE A . It includes a hotel project based on selective and exclusive tourism. PHASE B . The completion of a complex of luxury bungalows in front of the hotel to complement the operation of the hotel.

  8. 9. LOCATION Fazenda Zapico is located in Morro de Sao Paulo, one of the thirty-six islands comprising the archipelago Tinharé. With a population of 11,700 inhabitants, the island covers 450 km2 and is located 60 kilometers from Salvador de Bahia.

ACCESSIBILITY <ul><li>Plane : 25 minute flight from Salvador International Airport Luis Eduardo Magalhaes, Bahia. </li></ul>Car : 2 Hours drive to Valença, the closest city to the island from which you can take 15 min boat rides to Morro.   Catamaran : 1.30 / 2 hours from the maritime terminal opposite the market model of Salvador.
