Thus, it lowers the risk of high blood pressure, coronary heart diseases and other diseases. </li></ul><ul><li>Sodium is present in the corn cup of Mac Donalds only. However, a moderate intake of sodium is acceptable, therefore it can be said to be in the healthy range. </li></ul><ul><li>In conclusion, corn cup is considered a healthy fast food choice. </li></ul>

  20. 21. <ul><li>Salads consist of fruits and vegetables, and are rich in potassium and may help decrease blood pressure, hence they are generally healthy. </li></ul><ul><li>Popeyes’ and Long John Silver’s are unhealthier because they provide a sauce to complement the salad. Hence, they have a higher sodium content. </li></ul><ul><li>Popeyes’ coleslaw has a fat content that is above the recommended daily intake. Therefore, it is moderately unhealthy. </li></ul><ul><li>In conclusion, how healthy the coleslaw is depends on the restaurant’s toppings. </li></ul>

(High salt content)‏ </li></ul><ul><li>Fries usually have high fat contents which will clog up the arteries if not gotten rid of. This leads to obesity which in turn results in high blood pressure and related heart diseases. </li></ul><ul><li>In conclusion, Fries are considered to be unhealthy because of the high health risks. </li></ul>

Fries), and the choice lies in the hand of consumers, hence we have to choose wisely and our reasons are as follow: </li></ul><ul><li>1. In recent years, fast food restaurant are increasingly more inclined to the healthier side. Examples are the introduction of apple dippers, more vegetables in Mac Donalds and corn cup. </li></ul>
