PDMA is an institution at Provincial level, mandated to effectively set up a system to look after disasters and calamities whether natural, man induced or accident. Was sent on special duty for the Flood Relief Project and setting up an ERC. Key Responsibilities:  Designing and executing province-wide data collection exercises and providing policy analysis on a large spectrum of issues for the provincial Chief Secretary  Assigning 36 administrative departments in the development of a performance management system and key performance indicators in an effort to improve public service.
