My goal is to develop, disseminate, and help enact new rules for energy generation that encourage local ownership and dispersed generation, putting renewable energy in the hands of those who use it. I've written several papers on the subject of renewable energy economies of scale, federal and state renewable energy incentives, and new rules for energy development including feed-in tariffs. http://www.ilsr.org/ I've been published in the Minneapolis Star Tribune and heard on radio programs from the Twin Cities (Don Shelby at WCCO, Truth to Tell on KFAI) to Southern California (Uprising).
