  2. 2. This is a Brain's humble Plea  This is a Brain's humble Plea  "O’ Please, please take good care of Me"  I am the most powerful organ of your body  I send it messages- to work actively  I wish you all could realize  The way you are rotting me
  3. 3.  If you want me to survive- and work effectively  I need to live in a world-Pollution Free  Not only smoking is bad for your health  But it is also hazardous to me
  4. 4.  Drugs, alcohol, even stress and obesity  Are the main factors that are killing me  Among all the diseases regarding “Brain”  Alzheimer is my worst enemy---  Alzheimer's disease leads to nerve cell death---  And tissue loss, so the brain shrinks dramatically  Organic Olive Oil, Coconut Oil and Hempseed Oil  I recommend to take, 1-2 tablespoons daily  All contain brain healthy fats, fibers, and proteins  Hence they are all really essential for me
  5. 5.  I even get sick due to Noise pollution  So, reduce the sound of music and TV  Video games have a bad reputation---  For wasting your time- causing brain’s rot regularly  But there are some- to strengthen your mind-  Like “The Big Brain Academy”
  6. 6.  Instead of playing fierce games like GTA (Grand Theft Auto)  Why don't you go for "Lumosity"  These are the "Brain Games" to improve my performance  They build me up, and sharpen me  Play Games like Chess, Scrabble, and Sudoku  Using now new technology

  8. 8.  (It is true that Islam not only encourages but also requires man to seek knowledge and live in the light of learning. Our Prophets are the sources of divine knowledge, and the first divine revelation to Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) begins with the word “IQRA” meaning “READ”.  Chapter:96 Surah Al-Alaq)
  9. 9.  Remember to keep your body strong  If you want Me to be healthy  Instead of taking lots of pills (for sickness)  Why don't you go for "Allah's Pharmacy"
  10. 10.  Berries of all sort are good for me  But top among all is Blueberry  All nuts, especially Walnuts, and Almonds  These brain foods work best for me  If you want me to function well  Avocados are rich in good fat and vitamin E
  11. 11.  Oh Please! Give up the Colas, and all soft drinks  And Go for fresh juices, full of Vitamin C  In case you need an Energy drink---  Go for the "Miracle Juice ABC"  The A stands for Apple, B for Beetroot  C is for Carrot- blend, drink, and energize me
  12. 12.  Drink plenty of water, which is 85% of my weight  Detoxify your body, to keep Me healthy  Add apple slices in water (2 liter), with a cinnamon stick-  Drink daily-to rinse your body, thoroughly
  13. 13.  Eating the right morning meal---  Can have a big impact on brainpower- Believe me  A good breakfast- gives you a better start  Nuts, milk, and fresh fruit are great ways to feed Me  If you really need a quick mood-boost  Then dark chocolate (1 ounce) is especially effective for me
  14. 14.  A flavonoid found in cocoa beans---  Helps in the formation of long-term memory  Epi: an edible, natural chemical---  Associated with neural performance and memory---  Is found in Cocoa beans, Blueberry and Green Tea  Caffeine in Coffee may make you feel awake ---  But it can harm Me a lot, if consumed regularly
  15. 15.  Adenosine is a chemical that the brain releases  When the body needs to slow down nerve cell activity  It is a natural sedative that reminds us-we need to rest (or sleep)---  When we consume caffeine, it blocks adenosine---  ---and tricks the body, which is bad for Me
  16. 16.  Cardiovascular exercise improves blood flow to the brain  So plan the workouts to exercise daily  'Green' exercise quickly boosts mental health  So search for the places with lot of greenery
  17. 17.  And remember---  Your brain needs rest to operate at its peak  So a good night's sleep is essential for Me
