Based on our proposal, we enter into a detailed agreement with our client to ensure
smooth and efficient delivery mechanisms
Calibre Scan offers In-house and Out-bound training programs for corporate sector.
We have Associate trainees who work with us and provide customized solutions
based on the specific requirements of our clients. The process involves a detailed
discussion with the client and working out the module and a roll out plan. Programs/
workshops can be delivered across the board. Our Trainers come from diverse
nationalities and can deliver based on the requirements in different languages and
suiting the work culture of a diverse work groups.
Sanjay has over 24 years of work experience in India and International markets. Of
these the last 13 has been in the HR Services sector. Sanjay worked in various
different functions in companies like TIL, Modi Xerox (A Rank Xerox JV) and HCL.
He moved to Ma Foi Management Consultants in the year 1997 and after building the
North and Western Indian markets in India, moved to start the Middle East business
in 2002. Having established the Middle East Region for Ma Foi, Sanjay worked on
building a Global Virtual Vertical for Energy (Oil and Gas) and mentored teams in
various geographies such as the UK, US APAC and India to generate business from
the Oil and Gas sector.
During this period he built client relationships in different parts of the world. He was
the Ma Foi representative in the Global Engineering and Technical vertical Strategy
team of Vedior (Now Randstad). He left Ma Foi in March 2008 as the Regional
Director (Middle East) to establish Calibre Scan.
Sanjay has worked in various Geographies in different parts of the world and brings
expertise in General Management, Business Development, Executive Search,
Recruitment Project Management, Organization Building, Training and the Energy
Sunil Arora is an Electronics & Communications Engineer from Birla Institute of
Technology, Mesra, Ranchi. He has rich experience in Sales, Marketing &
Management. He has been in Telecom industry for over 17 years. He carries rich &
vast experience in Enterprise Business segment. Sunil is Chief Executive Officer, ABS
India Pvt. Ltd., responsible for Enterprise Business for Indian sub-continent, which
includes Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Maldives, Nepal & Bhutan. Sunil held key positions in
organizations like Alcatel Business Systems India Pvt. Ltd., & HCL Ltd before ABS
India. His last assignment was as Country Sales Manager for Alcatel Business
Systems India Pvt. Ltd., where his contribution to the business growth was widely
recognized and appreciated. He was also awarded "Performer of the Year Award in
1999" for his outstanding contribution for the growth of Alcatel Enterprise business in
the Asia Pacific Region. He won numerous performance recognition awards during his
career with HCL for his outstanding achievements and excellence shown in the
various assignments handled. Sunil is on the board of ABS India.
A first generation entrepreneur, Mr. Tottempudi is the founder of Totem
Infrastructure. He brings with him an experience of over 17 years in Infrastructure
Development. Prior to the establishment of Totem, he was in the Private Sector in
the field of Engineering and Project Management. Salalith Tottempudi has a
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Osmania University.
A Graduate in Zoology from the University of Mumbai and a qualified Pathologist,
Jagruti worked in the Biochemistry, Histopathology, Haematology, Microbiology and
Blood Banking Departments with the H.B.M.G. Hospital in Bombay. She later moved
to Leicester, UK where she did voluntary work in the Soar Valley School.
A Dynamic Business Leader with expertise developed both nationally and
internationally in world class Business environments; over seventeen years of broad
and progressive experience as a strategic business strategy professional, marketer
and human resource leader with a strong focus on creativity and innovation;
simultaneously built, managed and led diverse teams; exceptional communicator and
collaborator; extensive senior executive interaction and board room exposure;
proven agility in ambiguous, challenging and global environments.
Abhijit is a Post graduate from the NMIMS Mumbai, and an Alumnus of the ISB –
Kellogg Global Advanced Management Programme. He began his career with Blow
Plast Limited over 17 years ago. After a brief stint, Abhijit moved to the CPG industry
with a $400 Mill family owned organization in the Foods business and spent over 4
years in rural sales & marketing. He developed his skills in product as well as concept
sales which brought him to his first consulting assignment at Ma Foi Management
Consultants Ltd. From Ma Foi he made a career shift to explore the development
activities of a world class business school, the Indian School of Business, in the
capacity of a Director. He is currently a Director of Totem Infrastructure Ltd. where
he has just completed the first round of Private Equity raising and now working on
taking the company public.
Sanjay Ghosh (CEO):
Sanjay travels between the UAE and India every month to ensure Customers are well
serviced at all time. He coaches his team and ensures service level of each individual
meets the desired requirement of our clients. Sanjay brings in expertise in Executive
Search, Recruitment Project Management and Training. Out of his 24 years in the
Corporate sector, Sanjay has spent the last 13 in the HR Consulting and Recruitment
Sanjib Deb Roy (COO):
Sanjib Deb Roy is a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with 17 years of
experience in Sales, Business Development and HR. He has started his career with a
Software Development Organization in Kolkata as a Sales Manager for Application
Software sales. He moved to Mumbai as A Sr. System Analyst with India’s top
Financial Accounting Software Company – Vedika Software (Well Known as FACT)
where he serviced clients like PWC, Kellogg’s India, GE, USV, etc.. He later joined Ma
Foi Management Consultant Heading the Outsourcing Business. From Ma Foi Sanjib
moved to Collabera and SQL Star where he was the General Manager- Strategic
Resourcing. Before joining Calibre Scan as COO Sanjib was Head- Strategic
Accounts and Delivery with MARS TELECOM. Sanjib is a sports enthusiast and has
won many awards in various sporting events in College and Corporate life.
Zakee Sheikh (Principal Consultant):
Zakee is Computer Engineering graduate having 13 years of varied experience. He
started his career with Eskay Infotech Pvt and headed Business Development
Division for their Hardware & Software / Products & Services and later managed their
entire in-house recruitments. He then moved to Wipro Spectramind and served there
in the Operations of Dell Technical Support. Later he got back in the Recruitment
Industry and was heading the Pune Branch Operations of Future Focus Infotech. He
is associated with Calibre Scan since Nov’2008 and is working in the capacity of
Business Manager for the IT & Telecom Vertical. Zakee is a passionate traveler who
loves reading, driving and meeting new people.Zakee plays Tennis on weekends,
and has led Cricket Teams at School & College level. He was a State Table Tennis
and Badminton Champion.
Fancy Vijayan (Principal Consultant):
Fancy Vijayan is a pre-doctorine Master in Philosophy (Management) after Post
Graduating with a Masters in Management Sciences from the University of Pune. He
has an career stretching 15 years. Fancy started his career with Bajaj as a
Mechanical Engineer in 1995. From Bajaj, Fancy moved to Patni, where he was
“Patni Person of the Year” in 2001 and Knowledge Star in 2003 for Pune Location. He
served Pricol as Head HR in 2003 and setup their Staffing/HR and Administration
facilities for their Greenfield Plant V in Pune to cater to Key Auto customers in the
Western Region. In 2004, Fancy moved to Dubai and worked for AL SHIRAWI and
later with Kentech LLC in Abu Dhabi as a Regional Recruitment Head for the Middle
East region. He moved back to India in 2009 and since then has been working with
Calibre Scan HR Services as a Recruitment Manager (Principal Consultant). Fancy is
associated with the Rotary Foundation ,Mother Teresa’s destitute home and NGO
Akansha for children. He is fond of Music and Sports.
Dalia Chakrabarty (Senior Consultant):
Dalia is a Post Graduate with a Masters in Economics from Jadavpur University,
Kolkata. She started her career in 1996 as a Management Trainee with Gati Limited
– one of the players to reckon with in the logistics industry. Her assignments
included the Eastern Regional Manager for Customer Service, followed by Corporate
Relationship Manager in the Southern Region. She was part of the core team
entrusted with CRM transformation at Gati, including the ushering in of contemporary
back- and front-office systems. Having worked closely with some of the leading
names in the manufacturing sector, she understood the contribution of key resources
to synergize the systems and automation. This led to her eventual association with
the talent acquisition industry – culminating into her present role at Calibre Scan.
Antra Sharma (Consultant):
Antra is a Post graduate in Mass communication from University of Pune. She has 3
years of experience. She started her career with Affinity Express Pvt Ltd in Pune as a
Quality analyst in the Documentation department. There, she was exposed to certain
aspects of HR like training and recruitment. Having developed interest in the same
she moved to Performix Solutions as a HR generalist. She handled the entire gamut
of HR like Recruitment, Training, Performance management and Organizational
development. In 2008, she joined Calibre Scan HR services as a Recruitment
Consultant. She handles mid to senior level positions for organizations like Persistent
Systems, Reliance Bigadda, Wipro etc. Antra is fond of reading and has won many
inter and intra collegiate debates and elocution.
Jyoti Mittal (Consultant):
Jyoti is a Post Graduate with a Masters in Business Administration with Dual
specialization in IT and HR from the Indira Institute of Management, Pune. Jyoti
started her career with Vanguard Placements in Pune as an Associate Recruitment
Consultant in 2007. Jyoti then moved to an RPO, Nityo Infotech as Recruitment
consultant-CRM to get exposure in new aspects of recruitment, where she handled
the entire recruitment process in BMC Software and John Deere. Since 2008
December, Jyoti has been associated with Calibre Scan HR Services as a Consultant
– Recruitment. She handles the IT vertical and services mid level positions in IT for
