  2. 2. Background  The old airport is full capacity, and can’t be expand  Chosen location of new airport is in seashore with:  Reclamation area  Between two big rivers  Waste water outlet in the river
  3. 3. Location  Address : Kecamatan Temon, Kulon Progo sub-district, Jogjakarta  Coordinate : -7.908761, 110.061031  Characteristic : 4 kilometers long and 2 kilometers wide along seashore  Location between 2 rivers, Congot River and Serang River
  4. 4. Objectives To show coastal line changes in effect of establishment of new airport (with reclamation area and seawall)
  5. 5. Methodology Using GENESIS to perform longshore sediment transport
  6. 6. Work Phase  Coastline modelling with AutoCAD  Import coastline in x and y coordinate format  Modelling coastline with metocean data in Genesis  Plot result of new coastline  Modelling coastline with seawall  Run analysis in Genesis with protection structure  Plot result of new coastline with protection structure  Compare the result and make conclusion
