Lyme Disease<br />Protect yourself from ticks / Lyme disease:<br />Dress properly.<br />Wear long, light-colored, loose-fitting clothing and tuck your pant legs into your socks. <br />Wear a repellent.<br />Repellents containing up to 30% DEET are safe and effective at repelling ticks. <br />
