  31. 31. CONDITIONS FOR ETS SCHEME (PRE-APPROVED) 1. Only Singaporean & PR Employees (Directors not eligible for ETS) 2. Min. number of employees (current & future) to onboard program: 50% 3. Level of hires: Junior - middle level PME roles. 4. Company should be prepared to hire candidate undergoing program for at least 9months – 1 year 5. Scheme is meant to expand skillsets of existing staff to take on new responsibilities 6. ** If you have identified a NEW staff you want to hire, you can also onboard them onto Talent Upstart program to enjoy the ETS scheme 7. ETS grant is applied on pre-approval basis, where WDA will have a site visit to the company. Lithan will assist company in the administration and pre-assessment.

A: Yes, can enroll current stand and Lithan will crafts a OJT training blueprint Q: What if I decide to terminate the staff after his probation period? A: Depending on where he is in the career progression pipeline, you may terminate his contract as per contractual agreements.
