Definition of Terms:• CIPS – Certified International Property Specialist• CIPS Candidates – are Qualified Individuals who, successfully completed the Course and have declared their CIPS candidacy by so notifying NAR in writing and having paid all fees then required.• CIPS Designees shall mean those Qualified Individuals who have been awarded the CIPS designation after fulfilling the following requirements within two (2) years after declaring their CIPS candidacy: (i) successful completion of the CIPS Institute courses; (ii) completion of an Free Powerpoint Templates Page 2
