How to Post PowerPoint to MyCR

  1. 1. Register for a free account at Once you have logged in, click the “upload” button.
  2. 2. Click on the orange “upload” button and browse your computer for the PowerPoint slide you would like to upload.
  3. 3. Once your file has completely uploaded, enter a title and description, then click on “save changes”.
  4. 4. Go to the “Embed” section and copy (Command-C on the Mac, Control-C on a PC) the code.
  5. 5. Log into your class on MyCR. Click on “Lessons”
  6. 6. Click on “Add Module”
  7. 7. Give your module a title and click “Add”
  8. 8. Click on “Add Content Sections”
  9. 9. Title your lesson, then click “Textual and Visual content”. Under content type, choose “ Compose content with an editor”
  10. 10. In the “editor” window that appears, click on “source”. Then, paste (CMD/CTRL V) the source code you copied from Slideshare.
  11. 11. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Add”.
  12. 12. Voila! Your students can now view your slideshow from inside MyCR.
