  12. 22. <ul><li>Nationwide = Completion rate jumps 26% </li></ul><ul><li>Florida = Completion rate jumps 35% </li></ul><ul><li>Annapolis, MD CSD = After instituting training/mentoring for online learning classroom facilitators, completion rate jumped to 96% for at-risk students. </li></ul>
