THEN YOU NEED TO READ THIS! </li></ul><ul><li>    First, you will need the following materials: </li></ul><ul><li>  </li></ul><ul><li>*A baseball Mitt </li></ul><ul><li>*A baseball </li></ul><ul><li>     These are all easy to find at any sports store such as Dick's Sporting goods.              Also , you will need a baseball field that you can get to[schools often have baseball fields]. </li></ul>

  4. 4.                 Beginning Pitching <ul><li>   Now, put the baseball mitt on your hand just like a winter mitt. Hold the baseball with two fingers [pointer and middle] and a thumb.
