The purpose of this webinar was to give teachers, career counsellors, educational authorities, researchers, and anyone else interested in STEM an understanding of careers, which can be developed in the STEM field, specifically in the petrochemical industry. The speakers, Petra Vanderstraeten and Daniel Bowes of Huntsman that is a member of the European Petrochemical Association (EPCA), explained about their experience working as Senior Technology Manager and Regional Talent Acquisition Manager respectively.

It was an opportunity to learn more about STEM careers; the careers existing in chemistry careers and the petrochemical industry, the study path to follow, key skills needed, possible places of employment, and teaching materials to support teachers in forwarding your learnings from the webinar.
