Proposal: Our Services<br />2/5<br />EICG Offers Two Types of Service, Based on “FOS.”<br />Strategy Advisory Service (“SAS”)<br />EICG sends out strategy experts for the client’s TMT (Top Management Team, C-level 등).<br />Our specialists educate FOS and assist to fix difficulties at hand, by speaking to TMT and through focused Q&A.<br />⇒SAS is best for the clients, who are:<br />Not in needs for a project-based consulting service which normally takes up to a few months.<br />Wishing to increase the strategic understanding of TMT in a short period of time.<br />Wishing to bring the right orientation and bearing to the ongoing project at hand.<br />In needs for an objective and professional outside advisor in evaluating a recently conducted project.<br />⇒SAS: How to Query, and the Fee.<br />Due to the heavy volume of queries we receive, EICG takes queries only via Email (eicg.seoul@gmail.com).<br />All queries must identify the sender’s name in the “Sender” or “From” field of the email.<br />Please have the title of the query “[RE:] ASA”, and include contact information of the sender in the body of the query.<br />EICG’s Account Manager will reply and conduct the 1st survey within 24 business hours of your query.<br />Based on the survey and service agreement between the client and EICG, EICG sends specialists to provide SAS.<br />SAS is provided on hourly basis.<br />Fees for SAS are:<br /><ul><li>In-company Session (1 Hr of FOS framework lecture + 1 Hr Seminar): USD 4,000
  4. 4. Focused Q&A (1:1, 1:Many Q&A with Client’s TMT): Varies to the Client’s Sizes.
  5. 5. For Clients Outside Seoul, S Korea: Experts travel from Seoul. Fees add up the following travel costs.
  6. 6. Within Korean Peninsular: KTX 1st Class Seating, Round Trip Between Seoul Station and the Nearest KTX Station
  7. 7. Jeju Island: OZ Business Class, Round Trip Between SEL/GMP and CJU
