This document discusses the potential impacts of the Economic Partnership Agreement between West Africa and the European Union on the agricultural sectors in West Africa. It was prepared by John Olympio of the EPA Technical Support Unit at the ECOWAS Commission for a meeting in Bamako, Mali in May 2008.
