If he doesn’tcare about the poor, it reveals that at best he doesn’tunderstand the grace he has experienced, and at worst hehas not really encountered the saving mercy of God.   16. 16. “The rich rule over the poor. The borrower isservant to the lender.” Proverbs 22:7“Pay to all what is owed to them: taxes towhom taxes are owed, revenue to whomrevenue is owed, respect to whom respect isowed, honor to whom honor is owed. Owe noone anything, except to love one another.” Romans 13:7-8
