5. Customer Acquisition Flow

Upon Successful agreement, every
resident in the condominium will receive an
invitation letter via mail to register for the
services
Residents can enter The Car Wash
Crew’s responsive website to sign up
and make payments
Once payment has been received, a
letter containing The Car Wash Crew RFID
windshield tag will be sent to registered
customers
Upon Identification, The Crew will scan the
tag and information will be sent to
database
Customers will be required to paste
windshield tags to the windscreen to be
identified by the crew

6. Work Flow Process
Crew enters premises & prepares car wash machines & equipments
Using RFID hand held reader, the crew identifies and spots the cars
registered under The Car Wash Crew
Upon Identification, The crew scans the car and begins washing the car

7. Backend System
Backend system able to identify the registered cars entering & exiting
premises at a specific time frame
Receives data that vehicle has been identified and ready for service
Text/ Notification will be sent to customers on the status of the vehicle,
e.g. Vehicle serviced, Vehicle not services.
