  2. 2. Input <ul><li>Input is where information is entered into the computer. These are things such as a mouse and keyboard. </li></ul>
  3. 3. Output <ul><li>This is where the info is now displayed, printed, or in some other way shown to the user, like a printer. </li></ul>
  4. 4. Memory <ul><li>This is where information is stored in things such as a CD ROM. </li></ul>
  5. 5. Processor <ul><li>This is where the data is processed. The data is processed using three functions; fetch, decode, and execute. </li></ul><ul><li>Fetch is where information is retrieved. </li></ul><ul><li>Decode finds the called for function [/,*,-,+.] </li></ul><ul><li>Execute performs instructions. </li></ul>

  13. 13. 1877-The microphone is invented in the United States by Emile Berliner .
  14. 14. 1885-American Telegraph and Telephone company (AT&T) is incorporated .
