They have a critical need for a Sr. Mechanical Project Manager that has a track record of bringing projects in on time and within budget. Typical projects for my client include: hospital, medical, clean room, semi-conductor, pharmaceutical, bulk chemical facilities, as well as traditional commercial construction. <br />Requirements:<br />4 Year degree (BSME or Const. Mgmt)<br />Mechanical project experience up to $20-25 million in size<br />Ability to delegate tasks and hold others accountable to completing those tasks in a timely fashion<br />

They have a critical need for an HVAC Controls Application Engineer that has Tridium AX Certification. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with a strong understanding of controls schematics and drawings, programming and sequence of operations. This person will be responsible for managing the quality and productivity of jobs and supervising all field personnel to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining a safe working environment. <br />Requirements:<br />15-20+ years of experience working in the field with Mechanical Projects<br />Must be local to the Dallas market with a strong understanding of the local Dallas building codes<br />OSHA 10 or 30 Hour Certification<br />Master Plumber Certification an added bonus<br />

Sr. Controls/Energy Savings SalesNorthern VA/DC Metro<br />My client is an industry leading full service Mechanical Contractor known for their expertise in New Construction, Design/Build and Energy Services projects.  Due to expansion and growth they have a critical need for an experienced HVAC Controls/Energy Services Sales Rep.  This person will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring HVAC Controls and Energy Retrofit business.  The focus will be on specialized owner occupied buildings, such as the Data Center, Telecommunications and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Life Sciences markets.  Additional target markets could include mission critical facilities, hospitals, office building retrofits and clean rooms. <br />Requirements:<br />5+ years experience in business development of HVAC Controls and Energy Retrofit projects<br />4 Year Degree strongly preferred<br />PE, CEM or LEED Accreditation highly desired<br />Experience with Performance Contracting, Energy Audits, Lighting Retrofits and Utilities is an added bonus.<br />Strong knowledge of Energy and Building codes<br />
