The skin is the largest organ in
our body, so we have to take

good care of it because it reacts
to emotional problems, to food in
bad condition (or just food that

sun, wind…), etc.

up, but also to remove
pollution. But in the morning
we also must do it because
during the night we have
been     eliminating    toxins
(usually through our sweat)
and our skin will be dirty, y,
then the feared spots will
appear and our skin will
have no brightness.
MOISTURIZING

Moisturizing is also a very
important act. It’ a must

to moisture our skin twice
a day (in the morning and
at night). Each of us must
use the one which is
suitable for our type of
