Working with thenatural land-form which slopes toward the East, thebuilding’s social spaces are arranged toward thisorientation and opens up to capture the view of adistant mountain range. The journey descends to the Waikfeature sunken courtyard where natural light plays 6 ato Ma nagepoetically with deep shadows, connecting the new men 5 6 t Sch oollaw faculty with the existing Management School. The building’s monolithic facade expressesa sense of permanence and stature, fitful for the 8faculty’s prominence as a gateway building on the 2campus.
