The Sims: Rotation One: Bachelor Pad: Day One of Three
The Sims: Rotation OneThe Bachelor Pad (lot/household) Day One of Three
The Bachelor Pad as it looked before I did anything to it. It may be a tiny littlehouse, but I have learned from years of playing The Sims that kitchens shouldnever be indoors unless you have a massive house or really smart Sims, whichSims never are.
This is Michael Bachelor, whose stats I forgot to write down. Then againI think I forgot to write down the stats for the first three houses I played sothis will probably be the theme of my journaling about The Sims play.
This is what it looks like if I use a picture from the small image size option in the game. Someof the pictures where taken with this before I realized this would be a problem. So there maybe some messed up looking pictures in the first three albums, or there may be some holes inmy story lines, of which I have none so it shouldn’t be a problem. Hope you can read this
The first thing Michael did was get a job in the criminal career track, notbecause that was the one I wanted him to have but because that was what wasavailable. He got to go to work on the first day but missed the Welcome WagonI had forgotten was in this game.
Another view of the house to show the bathroom didn’t change at all and wherethe dinning room is. They should all be outside because The Sims, Sims areamong the least intelligent of all Sims and it is safest to make them liveoutdoors with no walls.
I didn’t change the walls, roof, or plantings so this is as close to how the houselooked when he moved in as we are going to get this time around. Not sure if Iremembered to do before pictures on the other two houses, will try to rememberon the rest but no promises.
Because for some reason I love that car. When I first started playing this gamein 2000 (when it came out and I was in my last year of college) I thought thatwhenever I got my first car it would look like this. I was disappointed when mydad insisted I get a new car because it was safer and would last longer.
After work I had him paint. According to my notes he hired a gardenerbefore this or at least that is what I think I did since he does have a fairamount of planting on the lot.
Still the first day and Ulysses T. Hatfield showed up and became his friend very quickly. The patternused was: talk, talk, joke, talk, talk, compliment: repeated until they were friends.Going to stop here for now so there will be a part two for the Bachelor Pad, but this seems to be mylimit.
